PATENT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE

No 57 of 1978 Patents Act

If you are manufacturing, making, using, exercising, disposing, offering to dispose of or importing an absorbent made from "a Suitable plant based material" for the absorbtion of oil/oil spills that is Bio-degradable or can degrade oil/hydrocarbons. You are infringing on patent number 2002/4600protected by the Patent Act 1978

If you are manufacturing, making, using, exercising, disposing, offering to dispose of or importing "a System for the Bio-degredation of hydrocarbons" You are infringing on patent number 2002/4601 of the Patents Act 1978

In that case we as the plaintiff can proceed for infringement and shall be entiteled to relief by an;

(a) an interdict;

(b) delivery up of any infringing product or any article or product of which the infringing product forms an inseparable part; and

(c) damages.
